ACTL – Aarambh Centre for Tourism, Livelihood & Capacity Building
A mission-driven institution focused on strengthening tourism, hospitality, livelihood generation, and community participation through practical skill development and grassroots capacity-building initiatives.
The institution aims to connect youth, women, hotels, guest houses, homestays, Dharamshala operators, tourism stakeholders, and rural communities with the rapidly growing tourism and hospitality sector by creating opportunities for employment, self-employment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable local livelihood generation.
The training programs are designed around the core philosophy of: “Atithi Devo Bhava” (Guest is God)
The courses integrate Indian hospitality traditions, professional hospitality standards, tourism experience design, behavioural training, practical demonstrations, and employment-oriented learning models to create tourism-ready individuals and communities.
